Christmas Slush Punch
My mom makes this every year for Christmas, and I can assure you that everyone is asking about it way before the holidays roll around. You are sure to hear someone asking..."We will be having that slushy punch...right??" Of course, we will! How could my mom not have this all ready for everyone to enjoy...it is sooo yummy! Everyone has fun sippin' on it while we open up gifts on Christmas day! Hope you and your family enjoy lots of fun traditions, too!
1 small cherry jello
3 cups hot water
3 cups cold water
1 large pineapple juice
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 small concentrated pink lemonade (3/4 cup)
1 teaspoon almond flavoring
Use 1 cup hot water to dissolve jello. Use 2 cups hot water to dissolve sugar. Mix all ingredients together and freeze. Take out 1 hour before ready to serve. Use a big spoon to scrape, and it will begin to "slush". Add ginger ale and serve!
