Ann-Margaret's Refreshing Rooibos
The story of rooibos began around the turn of the century in South Africa and means "red bush". Pronounced "roy bus", this herbal tea is full of flavor and reddish in color. Originating from the leaves of the Aspalathus Linearis plant, the green needles undergo a fermentation process that turns them to a deep, beautiful red. Adding a bit of milk and sugar enhances many of the flavors!
